PERSONAL BACKGROUND: |
Bob Damerell has spent a working lifetime gaining Financially
orientated extensive Senior experience on a Local ,National and
International basis in The Profession as well as Industry: Commerce
and Local Government.
Fifteen years ago he started a Sole Trader Accountancy Business
which today trades as Premier Accountancy being
Accountants/Management Consultants. This diversification was
necessitated as the business grew to meet the neglected commercial
and financial demands of the Small Business ,as these services were
generally not available from other Local Accountancy Practices or
were too expensive from the bigger Firms,
To become locally competitive on a County by County basis a survey
was made of local costs and Accountancy charges.
Surplus overheads were eliminated without loss of Professional
Efficiency to become Area Competitive
Software expertise and equipment was updated to reduce costs and
improve client communications and reporting on as 24/7 basis
Service was improved by the introduction of an Area by Area Mobile
Pick Up and Redelivery Division and personal Area Client Visits
saving both business time and money.
